year. A native of the Tampa Bay area, Dr. Smith attended school locally, earning a
B.A. and M.S. degree from the University of South Florida, attending post-graduate
studies at Eckerd College and earning his Ed.D. From the University of Sarasota.
Smith was also named the EURPrincipal of the YearEUR by the Hillsborough County Council
Parent Teacher Association.

service and support, Rocky Contreras has his partner in life and business Monica
